Introduction

Not every card is a one-time thing. Sometimes, you start creating and need to come back later. Or maybe you want to reuse that perfectly crafted birthday message you sent last year. With GreetsU, you can save drafts, revisit old cards, and keep your entire greeting history organized in your personal My Library.

This feature is perfect for busy people, small businesses, or anyone who loves to stay thoughtful without the hassle of constantly starting from scratch.

Why Save Drafts?

Drafts are like time capsules. They let you pause, rethink, and come back with fresh ideas without losing your work. They’re also great for bulk creators — like marketers, event planners, and thoughtful friends who like to plan ahead.

Benefits of Saving Drafts:

  • Save Time – Don’t redo work you’ve already started.

  • Consistency – Keep your brand tone or personal touch consistent.

  • Flexibility – Work on multiple cards at once.

  • Personal Touch – Build a collection of thoughtful messages over time.

How to Save and Use Drafts on GreetsU

1. Create a New Card

Start by picking a template and adding your personal message, image, and music like you normally would.

2. Save as Draft

Instead of hitting 'Generate Link,' click the "Save as Draft" button. This automatically adds your card to My Library, accessible anytime after you log in.

3. Access Your Library

Once logged in, go to My Library to find all your saved drafts, past cards, and even the ones you’ve sent before. You can edit, resend, or delete them as needed.

4. Duplicate or Edit

Found an old card you want to reuse? Just click "Duplicate" or "Edit" to make quick tweaks before sending it again.

Use Cases for Saved Drafts

  • Birthday Reminders: Create ahead of time and schedule for later.
